Hyremote LLC is launching a remote-focused furniture staging business and seeks an experienced bookkeeper to own the accounting foundation. You will set up books, define processes, and handle AR/AP, expense categorization, and project cost tracking.

You will measure profitability by project, build cash-flow projections, and produce recurring reports (sales, balance, margins) to guide operators. This is a full-time, work-from-home role with EST hours and weekly salary payments.

Formación

• Full-cycle accounting experience required.
• AR, AP, reconciliations, invoicing and reporting experience.
• Experience with expense categorization and financial statements.
• Independent worker capable of owning the accounting function with minimal supervision.
• Inventory and project-cost tracking experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up the books and establish accounting processes from scratch.
• Manage AR and AP, issue invoices, record payments and track outstanding balances.
• Record and categorize credit card and other business expenses.
• Track furniture and inventory across projects and movements.
• Perform job-cost accounting for direct costs per project.
• Calculate project profitability including gross and net profit.
