Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring an Online Sales Operations Specialist to support our dropship-based eCommerce operations with Australian retail partners. This remote role reports to the eCommerce Manager and focuses on mapping processes, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements to sales and fulfillment workflows.

You should be familiar with ERP/WMS/CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis, and comfortable collaborating across Buying, Customer Care, Logistics, and Warehouse

Qualifications

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, WMS and CRM systems (Netsuite, Paperless or .wms, and Freshdesk preferred).
• Experience with Australian ecommerce retail platforms and domestic shipping solutions (Mirakl, Temple & Webster, Rithum, WMP, Shippit).
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work both with a team and independently.
• Process-focused and always looking for better ways to do things.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process maps and SOPs to identify inefficiencies in sales and fulfillment operations, and suggest, implement and action practical improvements.
• Analyse data to identify root causes of retailer and customer issues, then recommend and implement solutions.
• Manage presale activities such as putting containers on presale and selecting the best 3PL for inbound logistics.
• Collaborate With Buying, Customer Care, International And Domestic Logistics, And Warehouse Teams To Complement Without Overlap. Projects Include But Are Not Limited To: split label/non standard carrier setup solution, manifest decouple, interstate warehousing, DIT, goods handling and storage, TUNs, FIFO and batch management, stock mismatch root cause, returns process.
• Enhance the logistics experience from both the end customer and online sales operations perspective, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across our internal systems, retailer platforms, and carriers.
• Maintain regular communication with retail partners to understand challenges and provide timely, practical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and satisfaction for retailers and end customers.
