• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and digital reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience improving online conversion rates and customer acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Overseeing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing initiatives.
• Monitoring Google Analytics and preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Improving SEO performance across TomHarris.com and identifying opportunities to increase organic traffic.
• Supporting TELUS EPP online sales portal by analyzing customer behavior and recommending improvements to boost online sales.
• Tracking website traffic sources, customer journeys, and drop-off points to enhance digital performance.
• Assisting with social media planning, content strategy, and audience growth initiatives.
