Job summary

Speakto.Inc., branded as ET-Phone, is seeking a full-time Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to deliver English lessons to Korean students from a quiet, reliable home setup. You will conduct 10/20/30/40 minute sessions via Boda app or X-lite, tracking progress and providing constructive feedback.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Education, near-native English skills, strong work ethic, and availability during peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT). Company offers paid training and WFH benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an educational field is required.
• Excellent command of English and clear written/spoken communication.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• Minimum 6 months ESL teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes to Korean students for set durations (10/20/30/40 minutes).
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and learning outcomes.
• Maintain strong responsibility and commitment to each class and student.
