Job summary

Simply Wall St in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Success onboarding specialist to guide new subscribers from day one, helping them set up portfolios and start deriving value from the platform. You’ll run personalised 1:1 onboarding sessions, support first portfolio creation, and share tips that matter to each investing goal.

You’ll work with our Customer Experience Manager and teams across Product, Marketing and Engineering, delivering a consistent onboarding journey and driving early

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, onboarding, or account management in SaaS/subscription.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple onboarding conversations without detail loss.
• Clear written and spoken communication; can explain features simply.
• Customer-focused; builds rapport quickly and earns trust.
• Fast to learn new tools; CRM platforms like Intercom or Zendesk are a plus.
• Curious about financial markets and investing; eager to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Run 1:1 onboarding sessions with new subscribers and help them set up their portfolios.
• Educate customers on features most relevant to their goals to accelerate value.
• Manage welcome communications and onboarding calls end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering to improve onboarding.
• Capture recurring themes from conversations and turn into insights.
• Link onboarding activity to Customer Success lifecycle and retention targets.
