Job summary

Simply Wall St is seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to guide new subscribers from day one. You will run personalised onboarding sessions, help users set up portfolios, and teach features that create value, such as Snowflake analysis, Screener, Discover, watchlists and alerts.

You will partner with the Customer Experience Manager and CS team, coordinating with Product, Marketing and Engineering to ensure a smooth onboarding journey and early product adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, onboarding, account management or similar customer-facing role in a subscription or SaaS business.
• Highly organised and able to run multiple onboarding conversations at once without missing details.
• Clear written and verbal communication; can explain product features simply.
• Customer-focused: build rapport fast and help customers succeed.
• Quick to learn new tools (CRM or CS platforms like Intercom or Zendesk advantageous).
• Curious about financial markets and investing; eager to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Run 1:1 onboarding sessions with new subscribers and help them set up portfolios.
• Educate customers on features most relevant to their goals to drive value quickly.
• Own onboarding communications, check-ins, and follow-ups across the lifecycle.
• Capture feedback themes and turn them into insights for Product.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering to improve onboarding and retention.
