• Candidates should be proficient with remote collaboration tools (video conferencing, project management software, shared documents).
• Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Candidates should have prior experience in a client-facing, administrative, or virtual assistant role; experience in service-based or consulting environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding activities and gather/organize client information.
