Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (new-hire onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and rubrics)
• Develop and maintain onboarding training programs and related materials
• Ensure high-quality, scalable templates for AI-assisted document production
