Hunt St Pty Ltd. seeks a Philippines-based Office Manager (Systems & Operations) to build and scale the client’s office tech stack. You’ll implement ServiceM8 and Xero, integrate with an external AI provider, and automate workflows across the business environment.
The role requires hands-on design of processes, systems testing, and ongoing improvements, with daily collaboration during AU business hours. This is a remote, contractor position aligned with flexible time management.
Compensation range: $2,000AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly
This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
A Gold Coast-based metal roofing business with a small team of roofers, specialising in full re-roofs, roof repairs, leak services, and maintenance.
The Office Manager (Systems & Operations) will help build the business's office and operational systems from the ground up, with a strong focus on technology, AI automation, systems integration, and process improvement.
The role will initially support the implementation and configuration of ServiceM8, Xero, and the broader business software environment, working alongside an external AI systems provider. The successful candidate will be expected to understand how these systems work together, help test and improve integrations, identify automation opportunities, and eventually take ownership of ongoing system improvements.
The ideal candidate has a technical mindset and hands-on experience building, connecting, and improving business systems and automated workflows, rather than simply using AI tools. Once established, the role will also oversee day-to-day office operations and ongoing system improvements.
The role requires independent work, a reliable computer and internet connection, and daily overlap with Queensland business hours (AEST).
