Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced AI & Automation Specialist to streamline business processes for a remote Philippines-based contractor. You will connect systems, build practical automations and use AI to reduce repetitive admin work across a growing project-based business.

You’ll review existing processes, implement new systems, and identify opportunities for improvement, with ongoing management and development of the automation environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automation ownership with ability to solve business problems.
• Experience building and implementing business automations.
• Ability to integrate Xero and other systems into workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience using AI tools within real business workflows.
• Ability to document processes clearly for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Review processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Build and maintain automations across multiple systems.
• Integrate platforms including Xero, M365, SharePoint, GoHighLevel, Dext, HazardCo and Todoist.
• Automate administrative tasks: tendering, forecasting, procurement, invoicing, timesheets, reporting.
• Create documentation and guides for the team.
• Train staff on new systems and workflows.
• Monitor performance and optimize integrations over time.
