Job summary

Intelletrace, Inc. is seeking a Global NOC Tier 2 Engineer to handle escalated network problems and support advanced technical issues. The role emphasizes QoS, WAN/LAN concepts, and collaboration with engineers to deliver scalable network solutions.

You will coordinate circuit installations, perform level 1-2 changes, and maintain thorough documentation while communicating progress to customers. Remote work from the Philippines is supported as a permanent arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of network engineering experience.
• Strong LAN/WAN networking concepts.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Fortinet technologies.
• CCNP or Fortinet Certified Professional certifications; CCIE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated Tier 2 network issues.
• Perform level 1-2 network change requests.
• Contribute to network design activities with engineers and architects.
• Coordinate circuit installations, deployments, and upgrades.
• Use advanced troubleshooting tools to diagnose complex issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network designs and changes.
• Provide regular updates to customers on ticket status.
• Assist with projects and generate project-related reports.
• Attend network-maintenance activities during/after hours as required.
