Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in IP networking and related areas.
• CCNP/CCIE level of experience or knowledge is required.
• Juniper certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IP technologies including IPv6, BGP, MPLS, IPSec SDWAN.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 operations support for IP-based services.
• Deliver effective and quality customer service on international IP services.
• Resolve customer issues by providing technical support.
• Provide 2nd level support to the NOCs.
• Collaborate with the core engineering team to resolve higher level problems.
• Participate in migrations and support additional products as needed.
• Support within a global team to ensure proper handover of tasks.
