Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in NOC within telecommunications.
• Expertise in Routing, Switching, and troubleshooting networks.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal and external networks in a multi-vendor environment.
• Triage diagnosis on faults and escalate issues as required.
• Manage fault receipt, identification, and resolution.
