Job summary

Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking a Senior NOC Engineer to provide advanced technical support for IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and enterprise applications from our Clark, Pampanga office.

You will handle escalated incidents, coordinate with vendors, and ensure system health across multiple platforms. You will support ISO27001:2022 compliance, data privacy requirements, and ITIL-based incident/problem/change management while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure support and incident resolution.
• Familiarity with ISO27001:2022 standards and ITIL processes.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated incidents (L2/L3) and resolve within SLA.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and AV systems.
• Manage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, O365) and backups.
• Monitor networks, security, and RMM health; document actions.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalations and procurement.
• Assist with inventory, setup of equipment, and minor facilities IT tasks.
