Job summary

Symbos is seeking a Customer Service Associate to be the first point of contact for roadside assistance during overnight hours. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assess urgent needs, coordinate providers and keep customers informed with clarity and empathy.

This permanent work-from-home role requires 6 months of voice-based CS experience, strong English, and a compliant home setup. Training may require on-site presence for certification in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of voice-based customer service experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work rotating night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Home-based setup with reliable internet and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls requesting roadside assistance.
• Coordinate service providers based on location and coverage.
