Job summary

Connext is hiring a Client Support Specialist to support a US-based client from a remote location. The role focuses on client communication, documentation, CRM administration, and operational coordination across labs and clinics.

You will ensure accurate records, follow up on missing documents, and manage shipments and releases, while maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in administrative coordination, healthcare operations, laboratory services, fertility services, logistics, or client support.
• Experience handling client documentation and time-sensitive coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, email, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone and email regarding documentation and accounts.
• Coordinate with laboratories and clinics for documentation, kits, samples, reports, and releases.
• Update Salesforce and other systems with client, service, specimen, storage, payment, documentation, and shipment details.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups throughout the process.
• Provide timely status updates to clients, clinics, laboratories and internal stakeholders.
