Job summary

MBM Information Technology Consulting is hiring a NOC Analyst to join our Network Operations Centre in a full-time role. You will respond to alerts, incidents, and requests, escalate to the proper technical teams, and ensure timely communication to customers.

The role requires monitoring diverse networks and systems, documenting actions, and supporting multiple teams in a 24x7 environment. Candidates with IT/telecom experience and willingness to work shifts are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Graduate of any IT-related field (at least 2 years or Bachelor’s degree) preferably.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a NOC or IT support role.
Customer service experience in telecommunications is desirable.
Understanding of network monitoring protocols (SNMP, WMI, syslog).
Understanding of Microsoft Server operating systems and routing/switching fundamentals.
Analytical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
Strong customer experience skills and positive attitude.
Ability to explain complex tech concepts in simple terms.
Ability to analyze network data and trends.
Provide first-line NOC investigation and diagnosis of incidents.

Responsibilities

Respond to alerts, incidents and requests, coordinating escalation to appropriate technical teams.
Notify customers and service providers about issues and remediation status.
Monitor networks and cloud network tools; respond to alerts.
Document actions per company policies and procedures.
Provide timely feedback to Immediate Head.
Support multiple technical teams in a 24x7 environment.
Maintain high uptime and customer service standards.
