• Foreign-trained physician, RN, Senior Medical Scribe, Clinical Documentation Specialist, or comparable profile preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the neurologist with accurate clinical documentation and medical record management.
• Review, edit, and correct physician notes and AI-generated medical documentation.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information in medical records.
• Maintain accurate patient information within the EHR.
• Review records and prepare information for patient visits and physician documentation.
• Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up.
