Getwingapp seeks a Remote Medical Scribe to support US‑hour operations. You will record patient histories, document physician findings and orders, and maintain accurate EHR/EMR records from a home office.

The role requires excellent English, medical terminology knowledge, and ability to troubleshoot common EHR issues. The position emphasizes privacy compliance, meticulous recordkeeping, and cross-functional coordination with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical fields or pharmaceutical-related industry.
• At least 1 year experience as Medical Virtual Assistant, Medical Documentation, or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2+).
• Solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices.
• Proficient in EHR/EMR systems and ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
• Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies (cloud services, VoIP).
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Record patient medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, and other health background.
• Document physician findings, follow-up instructions, and prescribed treatments.
• Transcribe verbal orders and medical dictation for tests and medications.
• Create and maintain EHR/EMR records.
• Coordinate between healthcare providers, patients, and professionals.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of medical records.
