Job summary

Cohypes, based in the Philippines, is seeking Philippines-based Customer Support Agents to represent our brands across chat, email, phone, and Trustpilot. This is a multi-brand role requiring sharp, organized individuals who enjoy helping customers and contributing to retention, dispute prevention, and public reputation.

Shifts are rotating to ensure 24/7 coverage, but schedules are known in advance and predictable week to week.

Qualifications

• Based in the Philippines
• Prior customer support experience in e-commerce is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience handling multiple brands and ticket types
• Availability for 24/7 shifts (40 hours/week)
• Strong attention to detail in refunds and disputes
• Comfortable communicating with customers from different countries/cultures

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer communications across chat, email, phone, and Trustpilot
• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
• Process refunds, returns, and RMAs
• Pause or cancel subscriptions per policy
• Respond to public reviews to protect and strengthen brand reputation
• Resolve shipment issues and update addresses as needed
• Identify recurring issues and report trends to the team
• Support dispute management with evidence gathering and responses
• Focus on customer retention and turning negative experiences into positives
• Manage support across multiple brands simultaneously, adapting tone per brand
