Job summary

Beepo, a Probe Group company and Australian-owned outsourcing provider, is hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor to support our global clients from Clark, Pampanga. The role offers remote work with day shift hours, enabling you to handle CRM data, credit reports, and loan relabelling tasks.

In this position you will assess credit information, research lenders, prepare submission packages, and coordinate between leads and lenders.

Qualifications

• CRM data entry experience
• Credit report understanding
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Pre-submission: CRM data entry, credit report extraction, valuations, relabelling documents, and upfront valuations.
• Credit Assessment: contact leads, lender research, document follow-ups, product recommendations, pre-credit assessment and submission packaging.
• Submission to Settlement: data entry into Apply Online, FHOG applications, follow up with lenders, submission tasks and client contact, MIR handling and discharge processing.
• Post-settlement: annual reviews and repricing at set times
