Job summary

Tarino is seeking a Para Broker to own the full mortgage file lifecycle from fact find to settlement and beyond. You will assess deals, select the right lender tier, prepare recommendations, and manage pricing and lodgement through AOL.

You will handle post-settlement repricing and maintain a high-volume pipeline (4–5 files per day, up to 20 at once) with a four-week journey to settlement, using CRM, lender portals, Brokipedia, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a para broker, credit analyst, or senior loan processor in mortgage broking.
• Strong knowledge of Australian lending, including non-conforming and specialist lenders.
• Ability to assess deals and match clients to lender tier efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Take a broad fact find from broker and complete it with sound judgement.
• Research and verify client details from limited information using public records.
• Assess each deal and determine the right lender and product tier.
• Prepare mortgage options and product recommendations after the fact find.
• Handle pricing, documents, and lodgement accurately and quickly.
• Manage the full application through to settlement, including conditions.
• Resolve MIRs with lenders and BDMs, escalating to client only when needed.
• Own post-settlement tasks, including rate repricing.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline, inputting ~4–5 files/day, up to 20 at once.
