Job summary

L'EVATE Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to support a Canadian Mortgage Agent. The role involves reconnecting with past clients, identifying mortgage opportunities, and booking reviews within an established database.

This is a part-time, remote position with Monday to Friday daytime hours EST. You will maintain records, coordinate with the agent, and follow up on opportunities to build trust and generate qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client outreach and relationship management.
• Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or customer success.
• Strong outbound calling and phone-based communication skills.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call past clients and prospects to reconnect and identify mortgage needs.
• Book qualified mortgage review appointments into the Mortgage Agent’s calendar.
• Maintain accurate client records and notes in CRM systems and Google Workspace.
• Provide regular updates on conversations, appointments, and opportunities.
