Qualifications

• Experience in client outreach or relationship management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident, friendly phone presence.
• Ability to build rapport quickly in conversations.
• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.
• Independent, self-motivated worker.
• Available Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. ET.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call and reconnect with past clients and prospects.
• Conduct check-in conversations to identify clients' current and future mortgage needs.
• Identify opportunities involving renewals, refinances, purchases, investment properties, debt consolidation, and other financing needs.
• Book qualified mortgage review appointments into the Mortgage Agent's calendar.
• Maintain an organized follow-up schedule and update client records.
• Track contacts, tasks, and follow-ups in the company's systems.
• Coordinate appointments and opportunities with the Mortgage Agent.
• Provide regular updates on conversations, appointments booked, opportunities identified, and client feedback.
• Assist with other client relationship and follow-up activities as required.
