Job summary

Agile Tech Ops Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Virtual Assistant to support a Loan Officer with lead management, appointment setting, and pipeline organization. Experience in the mortgage industry and with CRM platforms such as MMI or Bonzo is preferred.

Role may start part-time with potential to become full-time based on performance. Responsibilities include managing leads, qualifying and scrubbing leads, booking appointments, coordinating live transfers, and providing general admin support.

Qualifications

• Mortgage industry experience highly preferred.
• Experience with CRM/lead management platforms (MMI, Bonzo, Reter or similar) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable following scripts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize mortgage leads through CRM/lead management platforms.
• Scrub mortgage leads by following scripts and qualifying questions.
• Book appointments with Loan Officers based on lead availability.
• Coordinate live transfers for qualified mortgage leads.
• Maintain the Loan Officer's pipeline and provide admin support.
