Job summary

L'EVATE Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to reconnect with past clients and prospects for a Canadian mortgage and financial services company. The role focuses on relationship building, client outreach, and identifying opportunities within an established database.

You will proactively call clients, check in on mortgage needs, book reviews, and coordinate with the mortgage team, while maintaining regular EST/ET overlap and a professional, consultative tone.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client outreach or inside sales roles.
• Strong outbound calling experience with a professional phone presence.
• Excellent spoken English and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience using a CRM to maintain accurate client notes and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call past clients and existing contacts to reconnect and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships through regular client follow-up and check-ins.
• Understand clients' current mortgage/financial needs and book mortgage review appointments.
• Identify opportunities such as renewals, refinances, purchases, and investments.
