Job summary

Orca Brands is hiring a rockstar Media Buyer to manage our Meta ads for SRI Labs, SRI Wellness, SRI Home, and Cyber Power Tools. You will build, test, and scale high-volume campaigns, optimize budgets, and work with creative to deliver converting ad copies.

We expect leadership in campaign strategy and strong English communication, with full ownership and fast execution. You will be fully remote, Philippines-based, with competitive USD compensation, quarterly bonuses, and an emphasis on growth,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads with measurable results.
• Proven ability to drive CPA/ROAS growth and revenue for DTC brands.
• Strategic thinker who builds campaigns and budgets with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to own budgets, bids, audiences, structure and creative decisions.
• High standards, fast execution, and reliable communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta/Facebook campaigns for multiple brands.
• Structure campaigns (CBO/ABO), test vs scale, and manage audiences/placements.
• Upload high-volume ads with proper naming, tracking, and catalog ads.
• Cut non-performers and scale winning ads; allocate budgets across products.
• Monitor metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, MER) and report findings.
