Job summary

Orca Brands is hiring a seasoned Media Buyer to lead Google Ads for our US-focused DTC brands from the Philippines. You will build campaigns, optimize spend, run tests, and scale profitable ads across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.

You should have 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, a data-driven mindset, and a track record of reducing CPA and increasing ROAS. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads with demonstrable results.
• Proven ability to reduce CPA, improve ROAS, and scale revenue for DTC brands.
• Independent thinker who builds strategy from data and insights.
• Full ownership mentality; able to fix budgets, bids, audiences, structure, and creative without awaiting approvals.
• High standards and attention to detail; capable of fast, reliable execution.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
• Structure and scale non-branded campaigns; conduct in-depth keyword research and negative keyword management.
• Write and test ad copy; manage extensions and assets; allocate budget across platforms for incremental performance.
• Own products and SKUs, scaling spend on high-potential items as performance proves.
• Monitor ROI, flag pacing risks, and maintain accurate spend trackers.
