Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience running Facebook/Meta Ads for U.S. or English-speaking markets.
• Deep understanding of lead generation and direct-response advertising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
• Ability to read ad metrics and make data-driven optimization calls.
• Excellent written English for direct-response ad copy.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
• Reliable home office setup with stable, high-speed internet.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm PT.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Own 8–12 client ad accounts simultaneously.
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, headlines, and offers.
• Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions based on results.
• Write direct-response ad copy in English for lead generation campaigns.
• Build static ad creatives using Canva and Midjourney.
• Contribute to creative strategy and funnel optimization.
• Reporting & Communication: Track and report on CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Flag issues early and bring solutions, not just problems.

If paid advertising is your craft, keep reading. We're hiring a Senior Media Buyer on behalf of a U.S.-based marketing agency serving home service and remodeling brands. You'll own paid ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for 8–12 client accounts — driving real leads for real businesses, with your results visible every single week. This is a performance‑driven role. Vanity metrics don't matter here. CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates do.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Campaign Management Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Own 8–12 client ad accounts simultaneously
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, headlines, and offers
• Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions based on real results — not hunches
• Creative & Copy Write direct‑response ad copy in English for lead generation campaigns
• Build static ad creatives using Canva and Midjourney
• Contribute to creative strategy and funnel optimization
• Reporting & Communication Track and report on the KPIs that matter: CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Communicate campaign updates and performance insights to the internal team
• Flag issues early — and bring solutions, not just problems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience running Facebook/Meta Ads, ideally for U.S. or English‑speaking markets
• Deep understanding of lead generation and direct‑response advertising
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts at once
• Ability to read ad metrics and make data‑driven optimization calls
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Midjourney
• Excellent written English — you can write ad copy that converts American homeowners, not just communicate clearly
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in communication
• Reliable home office setup with stable, high‑speed internet
• Availability to work U.S. business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm U.S. Pacific Time, year‑round.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or local lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and conversion tracking (GoHighLevel)
• Static ad concepts you designed that produced measurable results
• Meta Certified Media Buying Professional certification
