Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Prior Authorization experience including Medicare/Medicaid where applicable.
• Experience verifying insurance eligibility and copays using payer portals.
• Healthcare admin experience supporting U.S. practices and medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and follow up on medication prior authorizations with payer requirements.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and copay amounts before appointments.
• Update EHR with clinical documentation and templates.
• Coordinate administrative paperwork and lab requisitions for providers.
• Handle daily communication and task coordination via WhatsApp and calls.
