You will ensure HIPAA-compliant requests and steady outbound follow-up, coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and records departments.

Remote role aligned with Pacific Time; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT. Strong English, attention to detail, and experience with U.S. records processes are essential for timely case progression.

Qualifications

• Experience requesting and retrieving medical records and bills from U.S. providers.
• Experience supporting U.S. personal injury matters or legal environment.
• Strong spoken and written English with direct communication with U.S. providers.
• Knowledge of HIPAA authorizations and U.S. records retrieval processes.

Responsibilities

• Own medical records and itemized billing requests from submission to retrieval.
• Submit HIPAA-compliant records requests and authorizations to U.S. providers.
• Conduct outbound follow-up to keep requests moving and update systems.
• Track all requests, follow-ups, responses, and pending items in internal tools.
• Review records and bills for completeness and relevance to the case.
• Identify gaps and coordinate corrections with providers to close requests.
