Job summary

Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a Medical Liaison & Operations Coordinator (Radiology) for a remote, full-time position.

Work hours align with ET shifts, Mon–Fri, and the role centers on managing inbound calls, triaging requests, and connecting callers to sales, recruitment, support, medical, or operations teams. You will liaise with radiologists, clinics, hospital systems, and internal departments to relay information, coordinate actions, and ensure smooth communications while maintaining

Qualifications

Experience in a healthcare or medical environment.
Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and workflows.
Effective communication with medical professionals and healthcare organizations.
Excellent inbound phone handling and customer service.
Strong verbal and written English; ability to listen.

Responsibilities

Answer and triage inbound calls; route to Sales, Recruitment, Support, Medical, or Operations.
Coordinate radiologist requests and relay messages between clinics, hospitals and internal teams.
Provide administrative support across Sales, Recruitment, Support, Medical, and Operations.
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.
Escalate urgent or complex concerns per procedures.
