We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Medical Liaison and Operations Coordinator to serve as a central point of communication across the practice. This is a phone- and coordination-focused position that combines inbound call management, radiologist support, communication triage, and administrative assistance.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, determining what each caller needs, and efficiently connecting or routing them to the appropriate sales, recruitment, support, medical, or technical contact. You will also serve as an important liaison for radiologists, helping relay requests and coordinate communication between doctors, clinics, clients, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate has previous healthcare experience, excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and organized while managing multiple requests and stakeholders.

1. Inbound Call Handling & Triage
Professionally manage incoming calls, quickly understand what each caller needs, and accurately route requests to the appropriate sales, recruitment, support, medical, or operational pipeline.

Serve as a reliable communication link between radiologists, clinics, hospital systems, technical teams, and internal departments. Ensure requests and important information are communicated accurately and efficiently.

Take ownership of routine administrative and coordination responsibilities to reduce the Operations Manager's workload and allow leadership to focus on larger operational priorities.
