Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming patient calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Assist with referrals, insurance, and authorization questions within scope.
• Receive and document patient calls related to prescriptions or medications.
• Accurately receive and document patient messages and inquiries.
