Job summary

Somewhere is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound outreach for premium mycology tools. You will be the first contact for researchers, labs and enthusiasts worldwide, turning inquiries into orders and nurturing long-term partnerships.

You will manage 50+ emails daily and 25–50 calls, use HubSpot/Notion/Asana, and coordinate shipments only after payment is received. A fast-paced, results-driven role with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in professional outbound sales roles (SDR/BDR).
• Excellent spoken English with professional communication.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound activities (50 emails/day, 25–50 calls/day).
• Experience with CRM and sales platforms (HubSpot, Notion, Asana).
• Ability to handle objections with persistence and follow-up.
• Highly organized, goal-driven and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients (labs, researchers, mycology groups, institutions).
• Research accurate decision-maker contacts (email/phone).
• Send 50 personalized emails and 25–50 calls daily; log activity in CRM.
• Send pricing materials, catalogs and quotes; prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate shipping only after payment is received and cleared; track deliveries.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours; resolve shipping issues; follow up after delivery.
• Manage recurring orders and maintain records.
