The role centers on data entry, insurance payments, and coding accuracy, with no phone calls required.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, prior exposure to medical billing workflows, and a desire to grow long-term with the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical billing and denial management.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong administrative and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn new systems and grow with the company.
• Reliable internet connection and dual-monitor setup required.
• Candidates from the Philippines only.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry into the client’s medical billing system.
• Post all insurance payments, invoices, and billing adjustments for assigned accounts.
• Enter billing data using CPT codes or as instructed.
• Conduct audits and coding reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assign codes for all services rendered and research additional information for complex cases.
