Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in ICD-10 coding and related billing codes.
• Ability to review documentation critically and identify information affecting reimbursement.
• Experience working with EHR and practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Take ownership of billing cycle from claim preparation to reimbursement.
• Verify eligibility and prior authorizations as needed.
• Mentor and escalate issues, ensuring timely resolution and workflow improvements.
• Maintain organized trackers and aging reports.
