Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical billing and denial management.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong administrative and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry into the client’s medical billing system.
• Post all insurance payments, invoices, and billing adjustments for assigned accounts.
• Enter billing data using CPT codes or as instructed.
• Conduct audits and coding reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assign codes for services rendered and research for complex cases.
• Close daily payment batches and assist with payment reconciliation.
• Prepare counters for rejected or denied claims and ensure timely submissions.
• Edit and adjust claims to correct errors and resubmit.
