Formación

• Minimum 2 years as a virtual assistant or in a similar admin role.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with answering non-clinical medical questions and patient inquiries.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suite; strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients via phone and respond to chat inquiries.
• Draft and send appointment reminders and test result emails; direct complex issues to providers.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to pharmacies and other healthcare offices as needed.
