Job summary

Yempo - Your Employees Offshore is seeking a Mechanical Services Estimator to support the Design Director and Engineers. You can work from home or in the office, with responsibilities including cost estimation, quotations, and project risk analysis for UK-based clients.

The role involves collaborating with design and sales teams, managing Simpro during early project stages, and ensuring accurate pricing aligned with profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Some knowledge of contract law, and ability to do a basic review of legal contracts/documents.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Providing excellent customer care.
• Accurate working and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Estimating project costs.
• Creating quotations, using Simpro ERP software.
• Analyzing project risks and writing exclusions/notes for quotations.
• Inputting information into the CRM post-quoting, etc.
