Job summary

Yempo Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Mechanical Services Estimator to join our team. You will support the Design Director and Engineers by preparing accurate estimates, analyzing drawings, and compiling labor and material costs for UK-based projects.

You may work from home or in the office, with duties including creating quotations in Simpro ERP, evaluating project risks, and assisting with handover to operations while collaborating with design and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with contract review basics.

Responsibilities

• Estimating project costs.
• Creating quotations with Simpro ERP.
• Analyzing risks and writing exclusions.
• CRM data entry after quoting.
• Attending client meetings (Teams/Zoom).
• Handover support to Ops and design teams.
• Manage Simpro during early project stages.
• Ensure ISMS compliance.
