Job summary

Your Employee Offshore ( Yempo ) Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Mechanical Services Estimator to support an England-based client. You will prepare cost estimates, quotes, and cost summaries to win contracts, using Simpro ERP and coordinating with Design and Sales teams.

Hybrid work from home or office, with opportunities for career progression, ongoing training, and a supportive team. Strong English, numerical and analytical skills are essential, along with MS Office proficiency.

• Analyzing project risks and writing exclusions/notes for quotations.
• Inputting information into the CRM post-quoting, etc.
• Attending client meetings (Teams/Zoom).
• Assistance with project handover to Ops Team.
• Overall support for the Design Director.
• Collaboration within design and sales teams.
• Simpro management early in projects, invoicing design work & deposits, setting up variations.
• Basic analysis of contracts and collateral warranties.
• Comply with ISMS policies and guidelines.

In this role, you will be assigned to our England-based client. They focus on providing aesthetically discreet, energy-efficient air conditioning solutions to the owners of the UK's finest homes.

About the Role

The Mechanical Services Estimator will support the Design Director and Design Engineers by preparing accurate estimates and cost summaries to aid in securing new contracts and projects. Key responsibilities include compiling labor and material costs, analyzing technical drawings, and ensuring pricing is both competitive and aligned with project profitability targets.

Your Responsibilities

• Estimating project costs

• Creating quotations, using Simpro ERP software

• Analyzing project risks and writing exclusions/notes for quotations

• Inputting information into the CRM post-quoting, etc.

• Attending client meetings in some instances (Teams/Zoom)

• Assistance with project handover to Ops Team

• Overall support for the Design Director

• Collaboration within the design and sales teams

• Simpro management during early stages of projects, invoicing design work & deposits, setting up variations, etc.

• Basic analysis of contracts and collateral warranties

• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
