The role involves compiling labor and material costs, analyzing technical drawings, and ensuring pricing aligns with profitability targets. Responsibilities include creating quotations using Simpro ERP, inputting data into the CRM after quoting, and collaborating with design and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail and accurate working habits.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with contract review is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs and prepare quotations.
• Analyze drawings and costs to ensure profitability.
• Input data into CRM post-quoting and manage variations.
• Attend client meetings via Teams/Zoom when required.
• Support handover to Operations and collaborate with design/sales teams.
