Qualifications
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Technology.
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience and CRM lifecycle knowledge.
- Experience cleaning and restructuring complex CRM environments.
- Strong understanding of paid media funnels and conversion tracking.
- Experience building or restructuring automation systems and governance.
Responsibilities
- Audit HubSpot properties, workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, and automation logic.
- Redesign lifecycle stages for clarity and reporting integrity.
- Develop dynamic segmentation frameworks and automated nurture journeys.
- Align outbound outreach with automation logic and sales handoff rules.
- Ensure all workflows tie to measurable revenue movement.
- Document system architecture and operational processes.
