Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a Marketing Systems Architect to own and evolve our marketing stack with a focus on HubSpot architecture, lifecycle automation, and governance. This is a hands-on, systems-first leadership role aimed at creating a scalable, revenue-driven engine rather than campaign execution.

You will audit, redesign, and implement segmentation, nurture journeys, and attribution frameworks across platforms to improve reporting clarity and alignment with sales. Remote, EST-friendly hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Technology.
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience (required).
• Proven experience cleaning and restructuring complex CRM environments.
• Strong understanding of paid media funnels and conversion tracking.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and segmentation frameworks.
• Experience building or restructuring automation systems.
• Comfortable enforcing governance and setting system standards.
• Experience working with distributed teams (Filipino team experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Audit HubSpot properties, workflows, and segmentation to improve clarity.
• Deduplicate contacts and redesign lifecycle stages.
• Build structured lifecycle segments and automated nurture journeys.
• Align outbound marketing with automation and sales handoff rules.
• Standardize governance, naming conventions, and permissions.
• Document system architecture and processes.
• Protect marketing infrastructure from short-term workarounds.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure revenue attribution accuracy.
