GrowthAssistant is hiring a Marketing Production Support Lead to anchor CRM operations and live campaign monitoring for a high-growth consumer tech company. You will manage a 4+ QA team, lead on-call incident command, and perform root-cause analyses for post-launch issues in a highly autonomous role.

The role blends leadership with advanced QA, including SQL validation, HTML/CSS review, and AI-assisted triage, while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical operations, production support, or advanced QA within CRM ecosystems
• 2+ years of formal or informal people management with distributed teams
• Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency for audience validation; HTML/CSS for asset validation
• Strong Google Sheets and/or Excel skills for operational workflows
• Direct experience auditing promotional budgets or high-impact campaigns

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a team of 4+ QA specialists with strict SLAs
• Act as incident commander for on-call triage and rapid resolution
• Audit, update, and schedule complex digital campaigns across channels and validate assets
• Maintain QA checklists and drive AI-enabled triage and monitoring across campaigns
