GrowthAssistant is hiring a Marketing Project Management Specialist to drive post-sale execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You will manage project boards, timelines, trackers, kickoff materials, and stakeholder follow-up across digital, influencer, and branded content streams.

The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive ownership, and rapid adaptation to repeatable workflows with minimal supervision, while aligning with client and vendor communication as confidence grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting marketing campaigns.
• Proficient with Asana or similar PM tools.
• Ability to create trackers, reports, and decks.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain campaign project boards in Asana.
• Set up internal documents and trackers for campaigns.
• Monitor timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Pull and recap campaign performance data.
• Support internal and external communications and maintain workflows.
