Job description

Integrate is a B2B demand orchestration platform that helps enterprise marketing teams capture, validate, and activate leads across every channel — turning fragmented demand generation into a unified, measurable pipeline.

As a Campaign Specialist, QA you will conduct rigorous QA reviews on campaign deliverables to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with requirements. Reporting via a dotted line to a designated Team Lead, you will identify deviations, maintain trackers, provide weekly analyses, and support Team Lead responsibilities including SOP creation/updates under Manager/Lead supervision. This role focuses on driving process excellence, error reduction, and optimization across multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with clients, sales, and execution teams to uphold Integrate's standards for lead quality and platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive QA reviews for campaign deliverables (e.g., creative assets, targeting setups, compliance checklists), ensuring consistency with campaign requirements and standards.
  • Identify and document process and output deviations from quality standards, recommending optimizations, automation opportunities, or corrective actions.
  • Maintain QA trackers and audit data to identify gaps, trends, and insights; deliver weekly analysis reports to Team Lead and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support Team Lead with responsibilities such as error-tracking, check-ins, bandwidth monitoring, and task prioritization through QA-driven insights.
  • Assist with SOP creation, updates, and documentation under Manager/Team Lead supervision to standardize workflows and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Specialists, clients, and sales teams to resolve QA issues, validate fixes, and ensure seamless campaign launches.
  • Monitor multi-channel campaign outputs for compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and performance benchmarks, flagging risks proactively.
  • Contribute to process automation initiatives by testing tools and providing feedback on QA-impacting features.
  • Perform ad-hoc audits, root-cause analyses, and support team training on quality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
