Job summary

GrowthAssistant is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage high-volume campaigns end-to-end. You will implement campaigns across display and paid social, ensuring timely delivery aligned with contracts and KPIs, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

You will also monitor performance, generate client-ready reports, and identify optimization opportunities, staying current with evolving social advertising platforms in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ad operations experience in an agency or publisher.
• Proficiency with Google Ad Manager and third-party tracking tags.
• Strong data analysis to interpret campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute multiple concurrent ad campaigns from launch to completion.
• Monitor and optimize performance and provide trend data for strategy.
• Manage weekly/monthly client reporting and communications.
• Coordinate with internal and outsourced partners for campaigns across platforms.
• Research and help implement strategies to improve ad serving, reporting, and metrics.
