Job summary

BruntWork in Manila is seeking a Marketing & PR Coordinator to support our founder and team across press, copywriting, community management, influencer campaigns, listings, reporting, and campaign execution. You’ll write press releases, manage brand communities, coordinate influencer outreach, and prepare monthly performance reports.

The role is a full-time, remote position with Pacific Time scheduling and a hands-on, client‑facing focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years marketing experience; agency, PR or hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, with flawless grammar and a professional tone.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, journalists, influencers and partners by email, message and video call.
• Samples of press releases, blog posts, or campaign and social media copy.
• Experience running or supporting influencer campaigns.
• Experience managing social media comments, DMs, reviews and listings; Metricool/GBP/Yelp/OpenTable/SevenRooms a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with dates, times, prices and menu details for accurate listings.
• Capable of pulling data from social, review and ad platforms into client‑ready reports.
• Able to spot social trends and turn them into on‑brand ideas.
• Organized and self-directed; meets deadlines and follows instructions.
• Experience with a project management tool; Workamajig is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write press releases and brand blog posts in line with each client’s tone and guidelines.
• Manage brand communities; respond to social comments, DMs, reviews and listings promptly.
• Open projects in Workamajig, write campaign copy, and track deadlines.
• Run influencer campaigns: research creators, manage outreach, coordinate visits and deliverables.
• Research social media trends and share relevant ideas for each client.
• Coordinate with the social media manager and broader team on content and research.
• Source pitching opportunities; follow up with journalists and maintain media contacts.
• Create and update listings for events and promotions on client sites and local directories.
• Pull monthly performance reports and package them for the founder’s review.
• Assist with marketing ideation and execution from concept to launch.
